Delivery period : Following receipt and clearance of payment, all purchase(s) will be posted the following day.
Out of stock : Should you make an online purchase and we subsequently find that the item is unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail and refund your account within 24hours.
Payment methods: We accept all major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (PayPal). Please note, You DO NOT require a Paypal account to pay via paypal.
Online Orders & Card Security: All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (PayPal) - we never have access to your card details at any time.
Refunds: Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you may return any item within 7 working days (starting from the date of receipt of the goods) in its original condition (i.e. unused, unworn and in its original packaging) for a refund of the price you paid for the item. After the original 7 working day period (starting from the date of receipt of the goods) should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in perfect condition. Returns should be made within 28 days of the date on the original purchase receipt and in original, undamaged packaging.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on swimwear or lingerie for reasons of hygiene.
Please note: For your protection Ocky White Ltd recommends that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.
We regret that we are unable to refund postage costs for customers wishing to return items for whatever reason other than an error on our part.
