Their founder Margarete Steiff insisted “Only the best is good enough for children” and the company has remained true to this philosophy by using only the finest of materials. They also maintain the tradition of hand stitching features and carefully positioning eyes ensuring each character has a unique and distinctive expression. The end result is so amazing, it is hard to believe these wonderful animals haven’t been made by wizards waving wands.
